With a translation by Rawdon Brown of letters, mainly about the infatuation of Henry IV for the fourteen year old Charlotte de Montmorency, wife of the Prince of Condé, whose flight with her husband to the Spanish Netherlands occasioned the originals of this diplomatic correspondence.
